Here's the deadlines for returning mail ballots:
By mail — Your ballot must be postmarked on or before by Tuesday, July 19.
In person — Your ballot must be returned no later than Tuesday, July 19 at 8 p.m. You can apply and receive your absentee ballot in person, at the Harford Board of Elections office, up until and on Election Day. Ballots can be returned at the Harford Board of Elections office or your polling place.
Drop boxes — Ballots must be returned no later than Tuesday, July 19 at 8 p.m.
Polling places — Ballots must be returned no later than Tuesday, July 19 at 8 p.m. Ballots can be dropped with a Chief Judge at any of the polling locations.
