Angela Alsobrooks Visits Harford County!
Our Future Senator in Havre de Grace, Election Activity Update
Angela Alsobrooks Visits Havre de Grace
On Friday, October 11, County Executive and future Maryland Senator Angela Alsobrooks’ “Defend Our Majority” tour paid a visit to Havre de Grace, where the Harford County Democratic Central Commttee, the Harford Democratic Club, and other allied organizations hosted her at the Vandiver Inn. We extend a huge thanks to the Vandiver and to DJ PJ for making this event possible and joyous! About 200 Democrats from Harford and neighboring counties turned up to offer their enthusiastic support! HCDCC chair Sandy Gibbons, Democratic Club vice-chair Nolanda Robert, Councilwoman Vicki Jones (Havre de Grace), Councilman Jacob Bennett (District F), Delegate Andre Johnson (District 34A) and Delegate Steve Johnson (District 34A) warmed up the crowd before handing the microphone to County Executive Alsobrooks, who shared her message of opportunity. It was an inspiring evening for all who attended!

23 Days to Go! Update on Election Activities
The election is fast approaching! With only 23 days until Election Day, and 11 days left until early voting, our canvassers will be out every weekend from now until November 5. Sign up to knock doors by clicking on the links below:
There are also many other opportunities to engage with voters and push them to vote for Kamala Harris, Angela Alsobrooks, and Blane Miller. We are phonebanking, writing postcards, and You can learn more by making sure you’re receiving our regular volunteer updates by signing up at www.harforddemocrats.org/volunteer. In particular, we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who are able to help with the following activities:
Sign-waving at polling stations - Engage with voters at the polling stations and convince them to vote for Kamala Harris, Angela Alsobrooks, and Blane Miller by waving signs and showing your enthusiasm! Volunteers are needed during Early Voting from October 24-31, and on Election Day.
Placing signs at polling locations - We have 4 early voting locations and polling sites in 50 precincts in Harford County, and we’d love to have signs for our candidates at every single one of them! You will place signs at each of the locations and/or take them down once early voting is finished or after the polls close on Election Day.
You can sign up online to wave signs and plant signs at polling places!
Your hard work is essential to getting our Democratic candidates across the finish line, but it does much more than that - every time you reach out to a voter in the county, you spread the word that there is a Democratic Party that is working hard for them. With every door you knock, with every postcard you send, with every phone call you make, you let people know that there’s an alternative to nearly 3 decades of (mostly) Republican governance in Harford County, and that there are people working to make that alternative a reality.
In short, every newly registered Democrat, every door knocked, every voter engaged, every volunteer recruited is a victory - one that can be yours to claim. Let’s do this together!
