Thanks to all who came out on July 5 for the Havre de Grace Independence Day Parade. We ended up featured as the main photograph in the Aegis’ article on the event! These public events increase our visibility throughout the County!

“Good Trouble Lives On” Rally Thursday, July 17, 5-7 pm, Aberdeen Amtrak Station - To honor the legacy of Congressman and Civil Rights Movement icon John Lewis on the anniversary of his death, a number of local organizations including the HCDCC are holding a rally at the Amtrak Station in Aberdeen. Bring your signs and a donation of diapers, wipes, or infant creams. We will be enlisting volunteers for future organizing activities at this event.

HCDCC Special Meeting - Wednesday August 6, 7 pm, Anita Leight Estuary Center, 700 Otter Point Rd., Abingdon. The Harford County DCC will hold public interviews and vote on candidates to fill a vacant position on the Committee. Interested in applying? Find more details in our previous announcement. Please complete the application consisting of a resume and statement of interest by July 23.
Harford Democratic Club Meeting - Wednesday, August 6, 7 pm, Aberdeen Holiday Inn Express. Join the Harford Democratic Club for an energizing evening of action.
HCDCC Regular Meeting and Voter Registration Training - Wednesday August 20, 7 pm, Location TBD. The Harford County Board of Elections will joining us for voter registration training. If you want to learn how to help unregistered citizens register to vote, here is your chance!
