HCDCC Seeks Nominees for Three Uncontested Races

The Harford County Democratic Central Committee is nominating candidates for 3 vacant races at the county and state level. No Democrat has filed in the following races:
State Senate, District 35
States Attorney
Clerk of the Court
Under state law, a Central Committees may nominate candidates after the filing deadline if no Democrat had filed in that race. Please fill out the form in the link below if you’re interested in running for one of these races and the Committee will be in touch about nominating you. The deadline to complete this form is by 9 p.m. on Saturday, February 28. The committee will meet virtually at 4 pm on Sunday March 1 to consider nominees, who would need to file their paperwork on Monday, March 2 either at the Board of Elections in Harford County (local races), or Annapolis (Senate 35 race).
